A New Facility, A New Brand
| Dade Jeep Chrysler Dodge is moving to a brand new, state of the art facility! Located in West Kendall, the new facility features a large, indoor show room, extended service department, and a modern design. Dade Jeep Chrysler Dodge is growing to be four times the current size, and taking on the Dodge Brand. We will be able to service all of your Jeep, Chrysler and Dodge needs from sale to service. Dual-wheeled trucks will be accepted for service in our new facility, due to newer, bigger lifts. All of us at Dade Jeep Chrysler Dodge are excited about the new facility as well as taking on the Dodge Brand. We hope you are excited for these changes as well. Phase 1: Open Lot - 6/06Dade Jeep Chrysler Dodge scouted the land all around West Kendall and determined this was the perfect spot. What looks like a grassy field will soon be the future home of Dade Jeep Chrysler Dodge. |

Phase 2: Clearing the Land - 8/06We are a little closer to having our dream of a new dealership become a reality. The grasses have been cleared so the foundation of the building can be laid! We are excited to see our new dealership begin, even if it is a small step, such as clearing the land. |

Phase 3: Bricks and Foundation - 6/07After lots of anticipation for permit approvals, bricks and other building supplies have been brought to our lot. Bulldozers and backhoes began digging the holes for the service lifts, and the base for the walls are now being built. The building is now taking some shape, as you can see where walls will stand and cars will be serviced. |

Phase 4: Beams and Walls - 6/07The actual frame of the dealership is now being built. You can start to see the structure take shape as the frame goes up. The walls are now being built up to the point where it actually looks like a building. Our new dealership is coming fast and we're excited! |

Phase 5: Here Comes the Roof - 7/07Now the roof of the new dealership is visible and the final building structure is starting to take shape. The roof beams are starting to bring together the final stages of the framing, and making a bunch of building supplies look like a dealership! |

Phase 6: Walls are DONE! - 8/07As you can see, the back walls of the dealership are completely built and enclosed now. The front of the dealership is coming together and it seems is that all it needs now is windows! The new dealership is now a freestanding structure complete with walls, roof and a frame! |
 Phase 7: Drywall and Plaster Lead The Way - 10/07The new dealership is really starting to come together now. The outside actually looks like a real building! Once the drywall and plaster are done being applied, it's time to work on the inner parts of the new dealership. |
